HOW TO REGISTER

There are two ways to register for sessions at EndoFest. The registration form will help you calculate which option is best for you.

Individual Sessions: Registration "a la carte" may be the best option if you are only attending select sessions
and/or prefer more didactic sessions than hands-on.

Full Conference: If you plan to attend all sessions of the conference, the full registration fee may offer a discount. You will still need to select individual sessions to reserve your space. Pre-Conference Sessions are not included in full conference rate.

*Please review the session descriptions and select your sessions before proceeding with registration (to review session descriptions, click here: www.asge.org/endofest-sessions.aspx). You will need to register for individual sessions even if you select to pay the full conference fee. Ability to change sessions at a later date is based on available space, and cannot be guaranteed.

On-line Registration

1. Complete the registration form.
2. Click on the submit button.
3. Your registration will be checked for accuracy.
4. Click on the button for secure payment form to process your payment.
5. An e-mail confirmation will be sent.

ASGE strongly recommends that you register online. If you register online, your spot in each session will be automatically reserved. If you would like to register by fax or mail, please print the brochure registration form and register as follows:

Please note: Each registration form is checked for accuracy. If there is an invalid submission you will receive an error message. Close the error window and return to the registration form to make those necessary corrections. If your registration is completed successfully, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours.

Registrations received without payment are incomplete; a payment must accompany your registration form in order to be processed. If you have questions regarding registration, please contact MEETING/AIDE, Inc. at (773) 622-5645 between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm CST.

Refund Policy
Requests for refunds must be received in writing to endofest@meetingaideinc.com at least two weeks before the activity and will be subject to an administrative fee of $75. Attendee substitutions are permitted with ASGE authorization. ASGE has the right to cancel a program at any time at its discretion.
